Jennifer Lamkie
Jennifer L. Lamkie is a science teacher at Thomas Jefferson Middle School in Edison, New Jersey. She works with Rutgers University as a Teacher Associate in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering participating in the National Science Foundation Grant Biocomplexity: The Roles of Resources, Competition, and Predation in Microbial Degradation of Organic Matter (NSF #0120453). Ms. Lamkie's work is shared with other Middle School teachers through the Engineering Planet Website.

She obtained her B.S. in Elementary Education and Biology at The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College) and her M.A. in Education at Gratz College.
